What’s inside and how to get started with your first play session.
What is a Catarette?
Catarette is a soft catnip cat toy in a playful cigarette design. The sticks are made for grabbing, carrying and playing – they are not food or real cigarettes.
What’s included in one set?
Every set contains three play sticks in your chosen design. Each stick measures approx. 16 × 2 cm; the packaging is approx. 10 × 17 cm. One set in your cart means three play sticks.
What’s the difference between Orange and Green?
The difference is the look: Orange features the Catarette design and Green the MEOW look. Both options include three soft catnip play sticks.
Does every cat respond to catnip?
Every cat responds differently. Some sniff, play or roll around, while others show little interest. No specific response is guaranteed.
How do I use and care for the play sticks?
Start by letting your cat sniff one stick, then give it a gentle nudge. Supervise play, take breaks and remove damaged sticks. Store in a dry place after use and follow the product’s care instructions.

Germany: 2–4 business days. Austria and Switzerland: 3–5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Germany: 2.99 EUR. To Austria and Switzerland: 4.99 EUR. Germany only: free shipping from 40.00 EUR after discounts.
Final shipping charges and available delivery options depend on your delivery address at checkout.
Is free shipping calculated before or after discounts?
Free shipping applies only to deliveries within Germany from 40.00 EUR after all discounts. This threshold does not apply to Austria or Switzerland.

Can I order Orange and Green together?
Yes, you can add both designs to the same cart. Choose your preferred design on the product pages, or add the other design from the recommendation.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The shop displays the logos of the enabled payment methods.
How can I change my order?
Send us a message through the contact form as soon as possible, including your order number and the change you’d like to make. Whether we can make the change depends on how far your order has been processed.
